Replacement Is On The Way!

No more fitting news for a first update than this; OTTE North America was awarded an order by Paramount Group!

The scope includes the replacement of the existing BMU which was commissioned back in the late 70’s atop of 50 Beale St (300 Mission) in San Francisco.

Like every project, this one presented its own unique set of design challenges which we took on, and with the support of the project team, met them all. The new BMU, scheduled to arrive on site in June of 2022, will utilize the existing track system after receiving new turn tables.

We couldn’t be more excited that the North American market will finally get to experience over 40-years of know-how in cutting edge facade access solution engineering, the safety and reliability of German-built BMUs.

Our rebranding is a further affirmation of OTTE Aufzugstechnik GmbH’s long-term commitment to this market and the existing management of Facade Access Tech, which carries over along with the current setup.
